Grape Varietals
Pinot Bianco 40%, Friulano 40%, Ribolla Gialla 20%

 

Vinification
After harvesting the grapes are separated from the stalk. The juice and the pulp undergo a cold maceration, then a slight pressing, which allows the separation of the skin from the must followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is left to age for several months before bottling.

 

Characteristics
Golden yellow in colour. During the first step, it is characterized by an elegant scent of exotic fruits, bread crust and vanilla. Enveloping in the mouth, it is perfectly balanced.
