Collio Bianco Col Disôre

In the Friulano language, Col Disôre refers to a hill in the Russiz territory. At the end of 1700 during Napoleon's region, the territory was divided in two - the Russiz Disôre (Russiz Superiore), the oldest center of the entire feudal settlement, mmainly on the hill, and the Russiz di Sott (Russiz Inferiore), mostly in the flats.

Pinot Bianco 40%, Friulano 35%, Sauvignon 15%, Ribolla Gialla 10%


Vinification
Fermentation takes place in large wooden vats and then after 12 months ageing the wine ages in the bottle for a further year.


Characteristics
Intense straw yellow in colour with golden-green highlights. It is characterised by an elegant bouquet of acacia blossom and grapefruit accompanied by a vegetable background and sweet overtones. Mouth filling, it is velvety with great extract. The balance between tanginess and a fresh taste leads to a very long finish developing into a warrm overtones with an almond twist.
